Job summary
PGH Bricks Bringelly NSW is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a full-time permanent role within our 24/7 manufacturing site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will maintain plant reliability and ensure safe, efficient operation across the production line.
The role runs a Monday to Friday day shift roster with start times around 5:00am or 6:00am, offering an hourly rate from the Level 4 band plus overtime.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Fitter on manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical systems.

- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and planned repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Support corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join the team at our established PGH Bricks manufacturing site in Bringelly. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting production performance and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently across our 24/7 manufacturing facility.
Working a Monday to Friday day shift roster (5:00am or 6:00am start available), you will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance activities across a range of production equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspections and planned repairs
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns
- Supporting corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime
