Ridley Corporation Narangba is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment on a night-shift roster. You will work with Production and Engineering teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvements.
You are a trade-qualified Fitter and Turner, with experience in industrial maintenance, fault finding, welding and fabrication, and a current forklift license. Night shift availability is essential.
We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Maintenance Fitter to join our Narangba Operations team.
In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant equipment to ensure our production facility operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Working closely with Production and Engineering teams, you will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving equipment performance and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
This role is predominantly night shift, with employees rotating to another shift as part of the roster every few weeks. You will need to be comfortable working night shift and able to adapt to the rotating roster.
