Synergie Australia is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Fitter/Technician for our Campbellfield facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs to minimise downtime.

The role is based in Campbellfield, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with an attractive salary of $90,000–$100,000 per annum plus superannuation. A hands-on maintenance environment with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement awaits.

Qualificações

• Hold a relevant Fitter & Turner trade qualification.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and machinery breakdowns.
• Welding, boiler maintenance and dangerous goods industry experience is highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently or in a team.
• Have full Australian working rights and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

About the role:

What you will be required to do:
