Job summary

Glencore's Rolleston Open Cut seeks an experienced Maintenance Coordinator (HME) to lead a maintenance team and support safety, reliability, and performance targets on site in Central Queensland. You will manage health and safety, coordinate data in maintenance systems, and drive continuous improvements across plant and fixed-plant operations.

The role requires a trade qualification (electrician/fitter/boilermaker), open cut mining experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

Trade qualification as electrician, fitter or boilermaker is essential.
Experience leading a field, workshop, or fixed-plant maintenance team is desirable.
Familiarisation with relevant legislation and open cut mining experience in coal industry.
Proven problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement of plant performance.
Excellent safety mindset to influence Rolleston culture; experience with maintenance systems (SAP/CMMS).
