Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing in Australia is seeking qualified Fitters who fit our culture and bring a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, handle breakdowns, and assist with new installation work within our FMCG manufacturing environment.

Shifts include Afternoon 3pm–11pm and Night 11pm–7am. We value reliability, attention to detail and clear communication as part of our collaborative, purpose-driven team.

Qualificações

• Preferred FMCG manufacturing experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently on preventive maintenance, breakdowns and installation.
• Good fault-finding skills and ability to read electrical drawings.
• Competent in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Demonstrate positive behaviours aligned with company values.

The Role

We are looking for qualified Fitters with the right culture fit, a bright attitude, and the willingness to learn within a team environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate proven knowledge, skills, attention to detail and be an effective communicator in a team environment.

Shifts

Afternoon - 3pm-11pm

Night - 11pm-7am
