Job summary

First Response Maintenance Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking maintenance carpenters with strong commercial construction experience. The role covers a range of maintenance carpentry tasks, including window installations, and requires reading drawings and applying safe practices.

We offer both senior and junior positions. A pathway to permanent full-time may be available, with emphasis on quality, teamwork, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time, Casual (fulltime hours). Option to move to permenant full time.

Experience Level: Senior and junior roles available.

Minimum Experience: 5 years of commercial construction experience

Preferred Experience: Commercial maintenance carpentry. Ability to do small plastering patch works, sheeting, cladding, window installations, decking, waterproofing, fix off etc.
