Job summary

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking a Maintenance Boilermaker / Fitter in Campbellfield, VIC. You will carry out hands-on maintenance, welding and fabrication, and preventative upkeep across conveyors, hoists and industrial machinery.

You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, read drawings and work with safety procedures. The role offers day hours with occasional overtime and a pathway to permanency.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as Boilermaker or Fitter.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills across multiple processes.
• Experience with industrial plant and production equipment.
• Current Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence.
• Current Confined Space ticket.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical repairs.
• Welding, fabrication and steel repairs across multiple processes.
• Maintain conveyor systems, hoists and related equipment.
• Read technical drawings and specifications when required.
• Keep maintenance records up to date.
• Assist other trades and maintain a clean, safe work area.
