Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Mainframe Db2 System DBA / Systems Programmer to support a large-scale 24x7 production environment. You will install, upgrade, migrate, and tune Db2 for z/OS (v12/v13) and manage the Db2 tooling stack.

This role involves migrating CA Db2 tools to IBM equivalents, responding to incidents, performing RCA, and collaborating with application support and operations to ensure uptime and performance.

Competenze

• Experience with Db2 for z/OS in large production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Db2 v12/v13 system programming and administration.
• Proven experience migrating CA Db2 tools to IBM Db2 tools.
• 24x7 on-call support and incident management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment.
