Petstock Group in Melbourne is seeking a Macro Space Planner to combine data, insight and design to optimise store layouts and commercial performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, model space and sales impacts, develop floorplans, support scenario modelling to maximise GMROF across formats and clusters, and review fixture plans with data-driven insight.

This role requires strong communication and a retail mindset to influence stakeholders and deliver customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Experience with space planning tools such as Blue Yonder, Spaceman or CAD.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of translating business strategy into operational delivery.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
• Practical understanding of working in a retail environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Model space, sales and profit implications for significant allocation changes.
• Develop accurate floorplans and collaborate with Retail Operations for compliance.
• Support scenario modelling to maximise GMROF across formats and clusters.
• Analyse store performance and provide insight-led recommendations after openings and refits.
• Collaborate with Store Design to review fixture plans and optimise layouts.
• Contribute to large-scale space optimisation projects across store footprints.
