Job summary

Camco Engineering in Perth, Western Australia, is hiring a Trades Assistant for our Canning Vale Machine Shop workshops. You will assist tradesmen, prepare materials, and help keep the workshop tidy, contributing to efficient production processes.

The role offers regular overtime, weekly pay, uniforms provided and laundered, onsite parking and an EAP. Valid driver’s license and machine shop experience are highly regarded.

• Experience within machine shop.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing material for machines.
• Moving material around machine shop and assisting tradesmen with cleaning machines.
• Packing and wrapping machined components.
• Keeping the workshop clean and tidy; keeping the yard clean and tidy.
