Weir Minerals Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service CNC and conventional machine tools at our Artarmon site. You will lead preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and support machine tool upgrades to improve reliability and uptime.

You will bring a mechanical trades qualification with 5+ years of hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plus CMMS proficiency and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

5+ years experience maintaining CNC and conventional machine tools.
Strong skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.
Competency in using CMMS for maintenance management and reporting.
Willingness to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Responsabilidades

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC and conventional machine tools.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and basic electrical faults.
Perform machine tool alignment, calibration, and minor upgrades or retrofits.
Maintain high equipment availability and safety standards with minimal downtime.
