Job summary

Perth Reo is seeking motivated individuals for steel reinforcement processing in our High Wycombe facility. You will operate machines to process reinforcing steel, maintaining quality and safety while integrating with a skilled team.

The role offers a path to full-time, long-term employment after a 3-month probation, with overtime opportunities and a consistent Mon-Fri shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in reinforcing steel processing preferred.
• Overhead gantry crane experience preferred.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Punctual, reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Good understanding of factory operations.
• Valid WA driver's license and own transport.
• Full working rights in Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to work in our steel reinforcement processing facility. The role involves processing and manufacturing of reinforcing steel from our varied machine operations, with the opportunity to continue full-time permanent position after a minimum 3-month probationary period.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Overtime Available: Daily overtime and Saturday work opportunities

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in reinforcing steel processing (highly desirable)
• Overhead gantry crane experience/ticket (preferred)
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
• Good understanding of factory operations
• Valid WA driver's license and own transport
• Full working rights in Australia
