Job summary

Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators in Brisbane West (Wacol area) with shifts from early morning to late evening to fit your lifestyle. Immediate start for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in a busy steel distribution facility.

Training is provided for reinforcing steel and crane operations, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Key duties include operating machines, forklift driving, gantry crane work, and liaising with external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in reinforcing steel preferred, but training is provided.
• Must have gantry crane experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join one of our major clients in the steel distribution industry. This is an excellent opportunity to start immediately at their busy Wacol facility, working with a well established and respected company.

Some keyresponsibilities will include:

• Operatingmachines and loading and unloading trucks.
• Forklift Driving
• Operating Gantry Crane
• Liaising with external customers
• Steel cutting/Slitting

Role

• Experience preferred in Reinforcing Steel, but not necessary (training provided)
• MUST have gantry crane experience
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong Work Ethic and Reliable
• Safety Conscience
• Work part of a team as well as autonomously

Hours of work

• Available to work Monday- Friday between the hours of 5am-4pm
