Job summary

TLH Recruitment is hiring Food Production Machine Operators for a leading fresh foods company based in Homebush. This casual ongoing role offers AM and PM shifts with full-time hours available. Must have full working rights and be able to work 5 days per week in a cold environment (0–5°C).

Experience in food production/manufacturing, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and strong attention to detail are highly valued. Weekly pay, wellbeing program, and dedicated support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production/manufacturing is highly regarded.
• GMP / HACCP and WHS knowledge is essential.
• High attention to detail; able to read ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, cold environment (0–5°C).
• Good written and verbal communication; team fit and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Machine operating: set up, monitor and maintain mixers and packaging machines.
• Ensure efficient, safe operation and high-quality output.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Document production data and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain quality control throughout the shift.
• Work in a cold environment (0–5°C).

TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a market leader in the fresh food industry based in Homebush, seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food Production Machine Operators to join their team! This opportunity is casual ongoing with full-time hours available across AM and PM shifts.

We are seeking those with various skills/experience and looking for work stability - this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills.
You must have full working rights, unfortunately we are unable to accept people on a visa

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operating - set up, monitor and maintain machines such as mixers and packaging machines
• Ensure efficient and safe operation and high quality output
• Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Documenting production data
• Quality control
• Working in a cold / chilled environment - approx 0 to 5 degrees celsius

Rates:AM shift - $33.85 Monday to Friday - weekends pay a higher rate
PM shift - $38.93 - Monday to Friday - weekends pay a higher rate

Requirements:

• Experience in food production / manufacturing highly regarded
• Good knowledge of GMP / HACCP and WHS
• High attention to detail - you will be required to read ingredients
• Able to work in a fast paced, chilled environment (0-5 degrees)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to commit and work 5 days per week
• You must have full working rights
