Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking casual team members for a state-of-the-art food manufacturing site in Arndell Park, NSW. Immediate shifts available with a Monday–Friday roster and opportunities to develop within a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with processing, packaging and quality checks, maintaining high food-safety standards while standing for long periods and lifting items safely. PPE required (steel cap boots and Hi-Vis jacket).

Qualifications

• Experience with HACCP and GMP practices is beneficial.
• Strong hygiene and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday roster and lift/move heavy items safely.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Place products into sleeves and packaging.
• Check labels, dates and product quality.
• Pack products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety rules.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Follow Supervisor/Team Leader instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety rules.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Team Leader.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety. The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with HACCP and GMP practices – beneficial but not necessary.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety requirements.
• Flexibility to work on a Monday to Friday roster is essential. Depending on the section,1:00pm–9:00pm for the afternoon shift.
• Physical capability to manage repetitive tasks and safely lift/move heavy items.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team focus.

• Must have Steel cap boots + His Vis jacket (Yellow)
