Job summary

Australia Wide Personnel is seeking a Machine Operator for night shifts at our Dandenong South facility. You will operate high-speed production and packaging lines, perform routine quality checks and document production data to ensure compliance with specifications.

The role offers 7 shifts per fortnight, rostering with weekend penalties, $40+ per hour, super, overtime and an annual bonus. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Machine Operator - Night Shift

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Operation of high-speed food production and packaging machinery
• Routine quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and reporting faults
• Accurately completing production documentation and adhering to safety procedures
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• A proactive and reliable work ethic with a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Sound communication skills and a willingness to learn

On Offer:

$40+ per hour + super + O/T + annual bonus

• 7 shifts per fortnight with rostered weekends paid at penalty rates
