Job summary

PROTECH is seeking an experienced Production Operator for a busy manufacturing site in Cardiff, NSW. You will operate and monitor machinery to sustain efficient production while safely handling forklift movements and supporting warehousing tasks.

The role emphasises quality checks, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork with a collaborative crew. Previous manufacturing experience and a valid forklift ticket are required, with reliable transport and a strong safety mindset expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Forklift ticket and experience operating forklifts.
• Valid drivers license and access to transport.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team.

• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday – 8PM TO 4AM

About the Role

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the site.
• Assist with general production, warehousing, and housekeeping duties as required
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid drivers licence and transport
• Valid forklift ticket with experience
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and reliable.
