Job summary

Programmed in Minto, NSW, is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver & Machine Operator for an afternoon shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm). You will operate production machinery, inspect quality, pack and prepare goods for dispatch, and move materials using a forklift in a safe, efficient manner.

The role requires a valid forklift licence, prior experience in manufacturing or production, and strong attention to detail. A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to pass drug and alcohol screening are

• Ability to perform manual handling and basic troubleshooting.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring product labels and information are accurate
• Packing, palletizing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Operating a forklift to safely move materials and finished products
• Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures
• Working as part of a productive and supportive team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for reliable and motivated candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• A valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience
• Previous machine operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• The ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening
