Job summary

Programmed is hiring Forklift Drivers & Machine Operators for an afternoon shift in Minto (2:00pm–10:00pm). You will operate and monitor production machinery, conduct quality checks, and prepare goods for dispatch.

We are seeking reliable candidates with manufacturing experience, a valid forklift licence, and machine operation skills. Join a friendly, safety-focused team with ongoing work and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience.
• Previous machine operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring product labels and information are accurate
• Packing, palletizing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Operating a forklift to safely move materials and finished products
• Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures
• Working as part of a productive and supportive team
