Job summary

Programmed GO in Minto, NSW, is hiring Forklift Drivers & Machine Operators for the afternoon shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) at $38.93 per hour. Join a busy, supportive team and secure immediate starts with ongoing opportunities.

You will operate production machinery, perform quality inspections, and prepare goods for dispatch while moving materials with a forklift. Applicants should have manufacturing experience, a valid forklift licence, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to pass drug

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience.
• Previous machine operation experience.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing quality inspections and ensuring product labels and information are accurate
• Packing, palletizing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Operating a forklift to safely move materials and finished products
• Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures
• Working as part of a productive and supportive team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for reliable and motivated candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• A valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience
• Previous machine operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• The ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening
