Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing is hiring a Machine Operator to help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. You may operate production equipment, monitor processes, perform quality checks and collaborate with teams to meet daily production targets.

We offer full-time and part-time roles across day, afternoon and night shifts. Regular overtime may be available based on demand; a forklift licence is highly regarded for suitable roles.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Safety-focused with good judgement.
• Able to perform repetitive movement and manual handling up to 25 kg.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor production equipment per SOPs.
• Support safe, efficient and continuous production.
• Complete product checks, testing and production records.
• Follow health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Identify and raise safety, quality or operational concerns.
• Clean equipment and maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments.
• Suggest improvements to safety, quality and efficiency.
