We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy production team in Melbourne. Full training in screen printing will be provided, and prior machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred.

The role involves setting up machines, loading garments, monitoring quality, preparing inks and screens, and maintaining clean, safe operations. Immediate start available with long-term employment potential.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn screen printing – full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s license.
