Job summary

Mondelez International in Australia seeks a maintenance technician to operate and maintain packaging lines and processing equipment, using autonomous maintenance standards to improve performance and meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will apply AM/PM routines, participate in shutdown maintenance, conduct root-cause analysis, and contribute to loss reduction and breakdown elimination while collaborating in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM tools and safety standards.
• Fluent reading and writing in the site language.

How you will contribute You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
