Job summary

Mondelēz International in Australia maintains and operates equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets across multiple sites. You will use autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards to improve line and system performance, supporting our mission to lead the future of snacking.

You will contribute to shutdown work, root-cause analysis, and loss reduction while upholding safety processes and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and methodologies.
• Ability to read and write and communicate clearly in the site language.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment.
• Understanding of TPM tools and methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Execute standard work processes using AM and PM (autonomous/progressive maintenance).
• Ensure safety processes are followed and quality assurance activities are performed.
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

How You Will Contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

• Machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
• Safety and quality standards for operating machinery
