Hoban Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking reliable and motivated Filling Line Operators to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You will stack empty pails, operate the filling line, use a PC to run and monitor the machine, ensure quality and accuracy, and support smooth operation as part of a two-person per machine team.

About the Role

As a Filling Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Stacking empty pails onto the conveyor belt
• Operating a walking stick
• Using a PC system to run and monitor the filling machine

• Multitasking and supporting smooth machine operation
• Working as part of a team (two operators per machine), assisting each other and providing coverage during breaks and leave
