Job summary

MployHR is seeking a reliable and experienced Filler Operator to join a busy FMCG production environment. The role is based in Sydney and works Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM, at an hourly rate of $45.02 plus Super.

You will operate filling and packaging equipment, ensure products are filled, labelled and packed to quality standards, and maintain GMP and food safety compliance. Prior FMCG experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Filler Operator, Machine Operator or Production Operator.
• Experience working in an FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience operating production line equipment.
• Good understanding of GMP and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work the afternoon shift consistently.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating filling and packaging equipment.

• Monitoring production lines and equipment performance.
• Completing equipment cleaning and sanitation.
