FindMeA Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Machine Operator / Forklift Operator for a busy recycling and manufacturing facility. The role offers stable day shifts, full-time hours from Monday to Friday, and a clear path to permanent employment with weekly pay.

You will operate recycling machines to create compact bales from cardboard, paper, plastics or textiles, ensuring efficient handling and storage while maintaining safety standards.

Qualificações

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• HMI panel experience preferred.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and maintain safe work practices.

Responsabilidades

• Operate recycling machines to compress and bind materials into compact bales.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery on a day shift.

About the role:

Based at a modern Brisbane facility, you'll operate Recycling machines to support our specialised recycling environment.

You will be responsible for operating machines that compress and bind materials-like cardboard, paper, plastics, or textiles-into compact bales for easier handling, storage, or transport.

You'll need:

• A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• HMI panel experienced (preferred)
• Forklift Licence (advantange not essential)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
