The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a passionate Retail Manager for MAC in Ballarat. You will lead a high‑performing team, delivering personalized makeup consultations and driving sales while maintaining brand standards and a polished image.

On‑the‑floor leadership and coaching will empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet KPIs, and participate in on‑the‑job training and certification programs. Travel for events may be required.
