Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Melbourne seeks a dynamic in-store Make‑up Artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized customer experience, educating shoppers and delighting them with product demonstrations.

You will join a high‑performing team, support in-store events, and uphold our visual merchandising standards to stand out in a competitive market. Certification is desirable, but enthusiasm and a strong service mindset are highly valued; ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry or retail make-up experience preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
