The University of Adelaide is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to lead and support collaboration and productivity platforms, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Copilot.

You will design, configure and continuously improve secure, reliable and maintainable solutions, working with stakeholders, architects and vendors to translate requirements into practical plans and mentor the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Senior technical leadership experience and ability to mentor colleagues.
