Downer Group is seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to support maintenance across civil and structural assets on Sydney’s critical motorway and tunnel networks. The role involves planned and reactive electrical work in safety‑critical environments, including night shifts and weekends under a 4 on/4 off roster.

You will be part of the Electrical & Mechanical team, contributing to maintenance of assets that operate 24/7.

Competenze

• Qualified electrician with experience in tunnel, water treatment plant, or fixed plant environments.
• Experience in electrical routine maintenance and fault finding.
• Commitment to safety and delivering quality outcomes on time.

Keep one of Sydney’s most critical motorway and tunnel networks safe, moving and operational 24/7. Join our Electrical & Mechanical team, working across the Northern Assets Network.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to support planned and reactive maintenance activities across civil and structural assets, working on a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster.

About you:

• Qualified electrician, preferably with demonstrated experience working in a tunnel, water treatment plant or other fixed plant environment


• Experience in electrical routine maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding


• Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster and 12-hour shifts


• Current C Class driver’s licence (MR licence desirable)


• Commitment to quality outcomes, with a focus on delivering in full and on time


• Strong safety focus, actively participating in and supporting Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
