Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA with deep accounting and finance knowledge.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• CFA completion is a plus.
• 3–5 years’ experience in transaction services or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial transactions including M&A, divestitures, and capital events
• Conduct detailed financial due diligence and risk assessments
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop financial models and perform valuations to support strategic decisions
• Prepare transaction documentation including financial statements and presentations
• Advise senior stakeholders on transaction opportunities and challenges
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
• Build strong relationships with external advisors and financial institutions
