Job summary

TAL Australia is seeking a seasoned M&A leader to drive end-to-end transaction execution across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee financial due diligence, modelling, valuation and analysis, working closely with internal partners, business leaders, and external advisers to validate the business case and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance financial metrics and capital requirements; knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment (APRA, ASIC, ACCC, FIRB).
• Proven track record leading junior professionals through end-to-end transaction execution.
• Deep understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, deal structuring, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across all stages of a transaction’s lifecycle, coordinating with internal partners, business leaders, counterparties and advisers.
