• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformations.
• Experience on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, or integration/separation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong discovery, elicitation and process-mapping capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering across business and tech stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to map current-state processes and integration requirements.
• Document current-state and target-state processes, systems, and workflows.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify differences between organisations.
• Assess business, operational and technology impacts of proposed integrations.
• Identify interdependencies across systems, data, people and technology.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for integration planning.
• Support scope definition, delivery planning and roadmap development with PMs.
• Identify risks, constraints and process gaps affecting Day 1 readiness and later phases.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop practical integration requirements.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process maps, and impact assessments.
