Job summary

Talenza is seeking an Integration Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams during a major enterprise systems transformation. You will define, document and drive integration requirements across D365 Finance & Operations, Workday and other core platforms.

You will map data flows, produce interface contracts and support testing cycles, working with architects, developers and delivery partners. Hybrid Sydney-based role with a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise transformation or complex technology programs.
• Experience analysing and documenting system integrations and interface requirements.
• Proven ability to produce interface contracts, integration specifications and data mappings.
• Experience across multiple systems and complex integration landscapes.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation and process transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders; supporting SIT, UAT and end-to-end integration testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in ERP, HRIS, Finance or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• D365 Finance & Operations experience is advantageous.
• Workday implementation or integration experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current-state integration landscapes across enterprise systems.
• Map source and target systems, data flows, dependencies and touchpoints.
• Define and maintain interface contracts and integration specifications.
• Document data mappings, transformation rules, integration patterns, error handling and security requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes across D365, Workday and connected systems.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, interface contracts and delivered integrations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Integration Architects, developers, vendors and partners.
• Support backlog development, delivery planning and prioritisation.
• Identify and communicate integration risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing activities, including defect management.
• Maintain integration documentation, dependency registers and project artefacts.
