National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking a Luxury Warehouse Team Member for Marsden Park, NSW. This role welcomes retail experience and focuses on accurate picking, packing, and preparation for delivery of luxury fashion items.

In a clean, modern warehouse, you will handle designer handbags and premium accessories with care, operate RF scanners and stock systems, and contribute to team targets with a proactive, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Background in retail with transferable skills.
• Availability Monday–Friday about 38 hours per week; overtime possible.
• No warehouse experience required, retail experience welcomed.
• RF scanning experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Are you working in retail and looking for a change? Ready to take your customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge into a new career?

National Workforce is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our client in Marsden Park, working with luxury fashion, handbags and high-end accessories.

No warehouse experience? No problem! If you have a background in retail and take pride in doing things right, we want to hear from you. Previous pick packing, warehousing or RF scanning experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Please note, these positions will require availability Monday-Friday each week approximately 38hrs. Overtime available!

About the Role

Working in a clean, modern warehouse environment, you will help ensure luxury products are picked, packed and prepared for delivery with care and precision.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handling luxury handbags, designer fashion and premium accessories with care.
• Checking products to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.
• Using RF scanners and computer systems to process orders (training provided where required).
• Processing returns and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Maintaining an organised and tidy work environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team to meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For
