Job summary

National Workforce Marsden Park is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our client in Marsden Park, NSW. The role focuses on picking luxury fashion and designer items, with meticulous packing and quality checks daily.

Candidates must have at least 6 months in pick packing, with RF scanning experience and a strong eye for premium product handling. Overtime and weekend work are common, with morning and afternoon shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
• RF scanning experience.
• Gift wrapping experience would be highly advantageous.
• High attention to detail when handling premium products.
• Solid understanding of WHS practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products based on order requirements.
• Using RF scanners to locate, scan, and process items.
• Packing luxury goods with exceptional attention to detail.
• Completing quality checks to ensure all items meet brand standards.

National Workforce is seeking experienced Pick Packers with a background in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-end retail logistics to join our client based in Marsden Park.

Please note, the successful candidates MUST be available to work Monday-Friday approx. 38hrs each week.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, handbags, cosmetics, footwear, or accessories
• RF scanning experience
• Experience in gift wrapping or similar would be highly adventageous
• High attention to detail when handling premium products
• Solid understanding of WHS practices
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
