Viktoria & Woods in Karrinyup Boutique is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive a high-performing, client-centric team. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll set strategy for sales, nurture client relationships, and manage rostering, stock and merchandising to preserve our luxury standard.

You will coach, recruit and develop your team, modelling the brand’s values while delivering elevated service and a personalised shopping experience for every client.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience managing a retail fashion store or 3+ years in Assistant Store Manager role.
• Fashion retail or high-end client experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-focused mindset with a passion for fashion.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proactive, results-driven approach adaptable to retail changes.
• Experience training, developing and recruiting team members.
• Leadership in creating a positive, collaborative store culture.
• Interest in craftsmanship, provenance and design storytelling.
• Client-focused with ability to build deep customer loyalty.
• Familiarity with retail systems such as Kepler and AP21 is a plus.
