CAMILLA in Perth’s Karrinyup Boutique seeks an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to lead the team with warmth and style. You will deliver exceptional customer service, deepen product knowledge, and support daily boutique operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will drive KPI performance, mentor staff, manage visual merchandising, and implement engaging strategies to attract and retain discerning shoppers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years retail management experience.
• Ability to tailor in-store experiences and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and KPI achievement track record.
• Passion for brand and visually maintaining boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of service to retail customers.
• Lead the Boutique Tribe by example using CAMILLA values.
• Assist the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations.
• Meet KPI targets and coach others to achieve theirs.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising and sensory experience in-store.
• Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers.
• Ensure the boutique and its angels align with CAMILLA standards.
