Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Sydney is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to supervise daily spa activities across treatment rooms, hydrotherapy, and guest lounges. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will ensure guest and associate satisfaction while upholding Gold Standards of ultra-luxury wellness and achieving budget targets.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, inventory, staffing, and delivering exceptional service that reflects The Ritz-Carlton Credo and service values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, wellness, or a related professional area within a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Ladies & Gentlemen delivering spa and wellness services across all treatment rooms, consultation spaces, reception, hydrotherapy, guest relaxation lounges, and locker room areas.
• Reports directly to the Hotel Manager and enforces Gold Standards of ultra-luxury wellness, ensuring guest and associate satisfaction.
• Manage spa budgets, inventory, and payroll progress to support daily financial management and achieve targets.
• Ensure immaculate service by providing luxury supplies, treatment products, linen, equipment, and uniforms.
• Drive guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and empower team members to deliver bespoke wellness journeys.
