Job summary

National Workforce Marsden Park is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our client in Marsden Park, NSW. The role focuses on picking luxury fashion and designer items, with meticulous packing and quality checks daily.

Candidates must have at least 6 months in pick packing, with RF scanning experience and a strong eye for premium product handling. Overtime and weekend work are common, with morning and afternoon shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in pick packing, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
• RF scanning experience.
• Gift wrapping experience would be highly advantageous.
• High attention to detail when handling premium products.
• Solid understanding of WHS practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products based on order requirements.
• Using RF scanners to locate, scan, and process items.
• Packing luxury goods with exceptional attention to detail.
• Completing quality checks to ensure all items meet brand standards.
• Processing returns through client-specific systems.
• Restocking and maintaining organised inventory levels.
• Following strict safety and handling procedures.
• Working with high-end handbags, fashion accessories, and designer items daily.
