Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Client Advisor to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated experience with commercial success. Reporting to store management, the Advisor will inspire clients with passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products.

As a client engagement expert, you will demonstrate a high level of knowledge in styling and selling, contributing to luxury service and store standards across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand.
• Provide luxury service with knowledge of product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in-store.
• Be efficient in follow-ups and after-sales service to clients.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, replenishment and stockroom maintenance.
