Job summary

CELINE seeks a Client Advisor for the Pacific Fair Boutique on the Gold Coast. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, maintain deep product knowledge across categories, and support inventory, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of luxury/retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Deep product knowledge with cross-selling and upselling across categories.
• Experience supporting inventory, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPIs with a strong commercial mindset and product knowledge.
• Proactively engage clients, execute structured outreach, and use cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain stock control, track inventory, and coordinate product replenishment with management.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
