Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a driven Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for the Sydney Outlet Village. You will work a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, supporting a small team to drive sales and deliver a premium client experience.

Responsibilities include leading the team, clienteling, stock and visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations. This role requires retail leadership experience, a passion for luxury service, and permanent working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Deliver a luxury client experience reflective of the Michael Kors brand.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and clienteling initiatives.
• Support CRM programs and in-store events; assist with stock management and merchandising.
• Provide leadership support to the management team as needed.
