Michael Kors is seeking a driven Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for the Sydney Outlet Village. You will work a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, supporting a small team to drive sales and deliver a premium client experience.

Responsibilities include leading the team, clienteling, stock and visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations. This role requires retail leadership experience, a passion for luxury service, and permanent working rights in Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our new Michael Kors SydneyOutletVillage location.

Working a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, you will support our small team in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Delivering a luxury customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting clienteling, CRM initiatives, and in-store events
• Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence
• Acting as a key support to the management team and stepping up when required

About You

• Previous leadership experience within retail, fashion, or luxury retail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using retail systems and technology
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Full permanent working rights in Australia
• Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
