Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality or customer service management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Understanding of budgets and forecasting; POS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and tailor experiences to build loyalty.
• Act as ambassador for SBH values in guest and team interactions.
• Inspect dining areas regularly to maintain impeccable presentation.
• Supervise food and beverage team to coordinate efficient operations.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff; assist recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with stock ordering, inventory control and stocktakes.
• Help manage labour costs; align rosters with budget and business needs.
• Monitor budgets and targets with Restaurant Management to achieve them.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
• Address incidents promptly, document, investigate and implement corrective actions.
