Job summary

LSH Auto Australia, a leading Mercedes-Benz retailer, is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Executive in Sydney to drive luxury vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional premium experience throughout the sales journey.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus super, uncapped commission, and a company vehicle, with a five-day work week and ongoing Mercedes-Benz product training. Two years in automotive sales and a NSW driver’s licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in automotive sales or similar role.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Valid NSW driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales, profit and performance targets.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver a premium, luxury customer experience.
• Proactively generate new business and follow up opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach dealership goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales processes.
