Job summary

M.J. Bale is seeking a Cluster Business Manager to oversee three premium retail locations in Queensland, including Pacific Fair, David Jones Pacific Fair and Harbour Town.

This senior leadership role combines hands-on store floor presence with strategic oversight to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach leaders, and foster a culture of service and client relationships across different store environments, with travel between sites and

• Experience leading multiple stores or locations
• Proven track record of improving sales and store performance
• Strong coaching and development of future leaders
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel between locations and work Tue–Sat

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability across three locations
• Coach store leaders and build capable, engaged teams
• Create a culture of service, styling and client relationships
• Identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
• Maintain high standards in presentation, stock and operations
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and team development
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Move between locations to stay close to teams and trade
