Elysium Manly invites experienced kitchen professionals to join our luxury beachfront team in Manly, Sydney. We are seeking Kitchen Hands and Commis/Demi Chefs to support our busy kitchen across à la carte dining, banquets and events.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred, hotel or high-volume settings advantageous.
• Commercial Cookery qualification preferred for Commis/Demi roles.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, stock rotation, storage and waste procedures.
• Assist with mise en place and stock requirements to support efficient service.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Kitchen Hands will assist with dishwashing, cleaning and general kitchen operations.
