Pandora A/S is seeking an organized, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and ensure exceptional customer service in our Australian store.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, coach staff, manage stock and store operations, and uphold Pandora's luxury brand standards. A background with leading brands and a passion for retail excellence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in retail.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest satisfaction focus.
• Effective communication to train and coach a high-performing team.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a busy store.
• Retail leadership experience with premium brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate the in-store team to beat targets.
• Oversee stock control, store procedures, and visual presentation.
• Ensure security, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Act as brand ambassador and deliver Pandora customer service.
